When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items are ready to ship within 2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation of order email to your inbox once your order has been placed.  If you do not see this email, please check your junk folder. 
 
You will then receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number once your order is ready for dispatch. 
 
All items are lovingly made and shipped by yours truly. If we foresee any delays in the above timelines, we will notify you immediately.

I didn't receive a confirmation email or shipping notification yet?

First, take a peek in your spam or junk folder. 
Still nothing? Double-check the email address you used at checkout.

If you're still stuck, reach out to us through our website's contact form. We'll quickly check on your order and resend the info you need.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Email providers like Outlook, Hotmail and Live often filter out / or block our emails - so please shoot us a message if you haven't received anything!

For Outlook and Office 365 users, adding the domain site-members.com to your safe senders list and checking quarantine folders, as these providers often block or quarantine Wix site member emails.

Are your pieces still handmade by you?

Yes! I’m still personally hand making my signature styles, like the Mumma Mini and Mumma Maxi dresses. These are a core part of my label and something I truly love creating by hand.
The upcoming collection also includes a small run of new pieces in the cornflower print, which have been made by a trusted manufacturing partner using my original designs.

As demand has grown, I’ve chosen to produce these styles with support, so I can keep creating thoughtfully while growing slowly.
Every piece, whether handmade by me or made with the help of others, is designed with the same care and intention, with a thorough sampling process.

Our products are clearly labeled with their origin on our online store product page and on swing tags at our market stalls, indicating whether items are handcrafted in Byron Bay or designed by us but produced elsewhere. This information helps you make informed decisions, knowing each item's story. Our commitment to quality remains high, regardless of origin.

Will you accept returns or exchanges?

Accepted Answer

If you wish to return your order purchased through our Lawman & Co website. All Change of Mind returns or Order Cancellations will automatically be issued with an online store credit. We do not offer full refunds.  You will be issued with a Store Credit.
 
All returns MUST meet the conditions of returns (please see below)
 
Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended. We only offer store credit for the value of the item less any discounts used and/or shipping paid.

We do no accept returns on Custom Pieces.
 
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
⋒ Place Return request through the Contact Us page only!
⋒ Returns must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order.
⋒ Items must be returned in its original condition, unworn and tags attached - otherwise return will be denied.
⋒ Any items returned after the stipulated returns timeframe will be denied.
⋒ All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense. Tracking number must be provided by the customer.
⋒ Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed.
⋒ Rejected items will be sent back to customers but at customer’s own expense.

⋒  If you receive an item believed to be faulty or defective, please send photos to lawmanandthecollective@gmail.com as soon as possible.
⋒  All our sale, custom, commissions and made to order pieces are FINAL SALE and returns and refunds will not be accepted.
⋒ If you have purchased one of our art pieces from a stockist please get in touch with them with any issues or questions regarding returns etc you may have. Purchases from stockist will fall under their own store and return policies.
 
Customers are responsible for return shipping on return items. 
Customers are also responsible for shipping securely in the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Unless an order is being sent back as a faulty return. Then shipping will be refunded once the item has safely arrived at our studio.

All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept change of mind returns, refunds, or exchanges, including requests to swap stock that does not sell or sit on your racks. Returns will only be considered in the event of a manufacturing fault and must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order; where approved, items will be repaired, replaced, or issued as store credit at our discretion. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.

When will my pre-order or made-to-order be ready?

Once you've made your order with Lawman and Co, we begin the process of creating your garment as soon as possible.

Depending on factors such as fabric delivery schedules or the popularity of the style, our estimated production and preparation time for each garment is detailed in its product section during the ordering process.

We always strive to deliver sooner if possible, as we share in the excitement of you receiving your unique piece.

Important to Note:
At Lawman and Co, we are committed to delivering your items efficiently and with a minimal environmental footprint. If you place an order that includes both in-stock items and preorder items, your entire order will be shipped together once your preorder item is ready for dispatch. 
This way, you receive all your items in a single, consolidated package, which helps reduce our environmental impact and ensures you get your beautifully designed and handcrafted products in one delightful package. Thank you for supporting sustainable shopping practices with us!

I am wanting to get my order locally delivered, how does it work?

Local delivery is now available for our local customers.
*Postcodes that qualify for drop off include: 2479, 2478, 2477, 2481, 2480
 
If you are ‘Local’ but not within these postcodes. Please email us to get in touch. As we can arrange a collection point for you.

Please allow 2-3 business days for items to be delivered.
Also note, you must be available to receive items upon delivery as per our local delivery policy.
