  • When will my order ship?
    Most in-stock items are ready to ship within 2 business days. Made to Order items will be shipped as soon as they have been created, dried and/or framed (please refer to product descriptions for more information) You will receive a confirmation order invoice to your email once your order has been placed. You will then receive a shipping notification via email when your order is ready for dispatch All handmade items lovingly made and shipped by yours truly. If we foresee any delays in the above timelines, we will notify you immediately.
  • How much will shipping be?
    ⋒ Standard Shipping - $10 ⋒ Express Shipping - $17 ⋒ Local Delivery (In the Byron Bay Region) - FREE ⋒ Free Delivery on Orders Over $99 All Domestic Orders are sent via AusPost Parcel Post, Couriers Please or Aramex. We Ship Internationally: - New Zealand (please send us a message so we can give you a freight quote) - The Rest of the World ($45 AUD)
  • Will you accept returns or exchanges?
    Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our Art Pieces, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All sales are FINAL on all our Artworks and Made to Orders pieces - please be sure to measure your space before purchase. If you have any questions or problems, please don’t hesitate to get in touch! If you wish to return your homewares, candles or apparel order purchased through our Lawman & Co website. All Change of Mind returns or Order Cancellations will automatically be issued with an online store credit. We do not offer full refunds. You will be issued with a Store Credit. All returns MUST meet the conditions of returns (please see below) Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended. We only offer store credit for the value of the item less any discounts used and/or shipping paid. CONDITIONS OF RETURNS ⋒ Returns must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order. ⋒ Items must be returned in its original condition - otherwise return will be denied. ⋒ Any items returned after the stipulated returns timeframe will be denied. ⋒ All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense. ⋒ Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed. ⋒ Rejected items will be sent back to customers but at customer’s own expense.
  • "I’ve received a faulty item, what do I do?"
    We want you to be excited about your purchase from Lawman and the Collective! Please contact us as soon as possible at if you feel there is a problem with your order that needs to be addressed and we will work with you to come to a solution. ⋒ If you receive an item believed to be faulty or defective, please send photos to as soon as possible.
  • When will my made-to-order be ready?
    We will be in touch with you via email in the next 24-48 hours after placing your order. Made to Order items will be shipped as soon as they have been created, dried and/or framed. Please refer to product descriptions for more information on timeframes.
  • How does your gift vouchers work?
    Once purchased, the gift voucher will be delivered to the receiver via email. Gift card purchased online can be redeemed at by entering the code in at checkout. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  • Do you ship internationally?
