An incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned.
Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen.
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible. We typically ship out orders in batches 2-3 times a week.
If you have multiple orders during our shipping period will ship them together and refund any extra shipping cost you have additionally paid.
If you wish to return kids-wear, homewares, candles or apparel order purchased through our Lawman & Co website. All Change of Mind returns or Order Cancellations will automatically be issued with an online store credit. We do not offer full refunds. You will be issued with a Store Credit.
All returns MUST meet the conditions of returns (please see below)
Refunds will only be offered if the item has a manufacturing fault and cannot be replaced or mended. We only offer store credit for the value of the item less any discounts used and/or shipping paid.
We do no accept returns on Custom Pieces.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
â‹’ Place Return request through the Contact Us page only!
â‹’ Returns must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order.
â‹’ Items must be returned in its original condition, unworn and tags attached - otherwise return will be denied.
â‹’ Any items returned after the stipulated returns timeframe will be denied.
â‹’ All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer's expense. Tracking number must be provided by the customer.
â‹’ Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed.
⋒ Rejected items will be sent back to customers but at customer’s own expense.

â‹’ If you receive an item believed to be faulty or defective, please send photos to lawmanandthecollective@gmail.com as soon as possible.
â‹’ All our sale, custom, commissions and made to order pieces are FINAL SALE and returns and refunds will not be accepted.
â‹’ If you have purchased one of our art pieces from a stockist please get in touch with them with any issues or questions regarding returns etc you may have. Purchases from stockist will fall under their own store and return policies.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on return items.
Customers are also responsible for shipping securely in the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Unless an order is being sent back as a faulty return. Then shipping will be refunded once the item has safely arrived at our studio.
