It is both breastfeeding and pregnancy friendly.

S/M size would fit sizes 8 & up.

L/XL size would fit sizes 12/14 & up.

 

Although both styles are oversized for a comfy flowy fit!

 

We recommend going for a smaller size if you prefer this style to be not as flowy or you are a petite size.

S/M is about 2cm shorter in length then the L/XL
